Radio in Schools
At
Independent Foster Care Services we believe education leisure, play and sport
are essential to promoting wellbeing. The joy of taking part, of achieving and
of creativity supports children's belief in their own abilities and potential,
and ultimately strengthens their self esteem.
Independent
Foster Care Services have been proud to support the leisure, play and sport
activities of individual young people and teams in the community, and are now
very proud to support the Radio in Schools project in South Wales.
Radio
in Schools will extend the full creative potential of radio directly into
classrooms, allowing children to make their own programmes and broadcast them,
and have a lot of fun in the process.
