Your complaint will be responded to within a maximum of 10 working days. If it is not, your complaint will automatically be placed in the next stage of the IFCS Complaints Procedure. If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint it will be assessed again at the next stage of the IFCS Complaints Procedure. Remember, at any time you can refer your complaint to the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales (Tel 02920 478600) or the Children’s Commissionaire in Wales (Tel 01792 765600), or your local Social Services Department if appropriate.
